"I had no difficulty downloading the materials and really appreciated that it was straightforward. It was also nice to get the list of characters/lines so that we can quickly assess how best to assign parts.
"I found out about you through searching the internet for the script and your site appeared to be the most straightforward."

Description

This wonderful story, written by Charles Dickens, is a must for students and teachers looking for a fun and simple dramatic reading or a staged production to share with the school or with family and friends. Dickens has an important message about kindness and caring versus striving for material wealth. Only minimal props and costume pieces are needed. Victorian Christmas music can be uploaded online or purchased on a CD. Students will LOVE acting out the three different ghosts, the sour old Scrooge, and the other colorful characters. This is a must for the holiday season! Adapted for the stage by Carol J. Macy. 20 pp. Appropriate for grades 4 thru 12.

"Thanks for all of your assistance.
I want to take a moment to say I love your mission statement.
I work with a home school group that began in 1982. I joined with my three kids 14 years ago and now am a key leader of sorts. Our group has a strong theater heritage. The past three years our older kids wrote full length scripts that were then performed by the whole school. This year, most of the teenagers graduated or went to public school and I wanted something easier than writing our own. I was glad to find your sight. I'll let you know what we decide to perform.
And printing it was easy at our local print shop. I downloaded it first onto a memory stick at the library and then took it in for a paper copy.
Thanks again for your help.
