(entrance on 2nd Avenue)
DIRECTIONS:
By Subway or Bus, take the 6 train to Astor Place, Manhattan,
or the N/R trains to 8th Street, Manhattan, and then walk
east to 2nd Avenue and then north to 10th Street.
or
Take the L train to either 1st or 3rd Aves, Manhattan, walk to
2nd Avenue, and then walk South to 11th Street.
or
Take the M 15 bus downtown (Manhattan) along 2nd Avenue to
11th street, or the M-101, 102 or 103 bus uptown along 3rd Avenue to 10th Street
(this one stops behind the church--go around the block to 2nd Avenue).
By Car, take the FDR Drive south to the 14th Street exit or (if
coming from the southern tip of Manhattan) take it
north to the Houston St exit. Drive west, crosstown, to either
2nd Ave (if coming from the north) and go downtown to 11th street,
or 3rd Ave (if coming from the south) and go uptown to 10th street (you
will be behind the church, so go around the block.) Parking is touch
and go, so get there in plenty of time.

Regardless of how you pay, we will confirm your registration with an email.
If you would prefer a written confirmation,
please mail us a self-addressed, stamped envelop or post card with your order.

either a self-addressed stamped envelop or postcard with your check.

a purchase order or imprest form.
Call us and then fax us a copy of the
purchase order ahead of time and we'll sign you up immediately.
