This seminar on teambuilding is designed to help anyone who would like to help their group to bond, whether that be department, staff, committee, classroom or business. This hands-on, fun and interactive workshop is full of a series of structured, teambuilding activities, teambuilding games, teambuilding ideas and teambuilding exercises to achieve:

• Familiarity: Any group in which the participants get to know each other on a more intimate basis will find themselves working better together with more harmony.
• Trust: There are many little overlooked day-to-day things which help to build trust and respect in a group, thereby creating an atmosphere where the group members will more productively work together, a crucial step in any seminar on teambuilding.
• Listening: Listening is one of the most difficult skills a person has to learn and one which 90% of all adults perform poorly. Rather than listen empathically, most of us listen autobiographically, already planning our response rather than giving the speaker our full attention.
• Group Goal Setting: Any two (or more) people can connect over commonly shared goals and vision. When conflicts arise, it is awareness of those things uniting us which helps things go smoothly and achieve resolution, for the good of all concerned. This seminar on teambuilding helps to establish group goals.
