Interviewing, hiring, training and directing, contract negotiations for personnel in touring production, scheduling, tour coordination for a company of 12, contract negotiation and management between private non-profit organizations and government agencies, conference design and management. 1980-81.
• Producing Director. Fall Fiddle Feste of Steamboat Springs, CO. Major community fundraising event; carnival games, live music events, regional fiddle contest, concessions. 1500 attendees. 1981.
• Program Director. Colorado Mountain College Summer Youth Program. Design, direction, and management of college recruitment tour, workshops and residency training program in career awareness and development. 1981.
